Great stay, clean hotel, very nice staff and close to city center.

Beautiful hotel with Bali decorations, the staff are so nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and our room had a wonderful river view.

The spa room needs air conditioning and prevent mosquitos from going in.

Great value with authentic Balinese ambiance.

Quiet, lovely empty pool. Beautiful gardens and delightful friendly staff. Comfortable clean bed. Near Monkey Forest so walkable to Ubud that way.

Poor storage in bedroom/ bathroom. Needed drawers, shelves for bathroom stuff! Though not a problem for us, its worth mentioning that the premises are terraced and very unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Pool access could be safer by creating a handrail.

Lovely hotel in a lovely setting. Great pool with swim up bar. Very reasonable price. Shuttle service to Ubud centre.

Not enough variety of food available at restaurant. We had to go into Ubud to eat most meals.
