Do not recommend this place at all. The property does not like it does in pictures - its old and not well maintained. There are a lot of mosquitoes on the property and the doors dont seal when shut making it imposible to keep them out. Mosquito nets had holes in them. Sheets smell very musty. We asked them to accommodate us in a room that would be suitable since we were traveling with a young baby, and they put us in a room where we could hear very loud music from the restaurant next door until very late at night. We tried to express our concerns and have it resolved but were met with zero responsiveness from management. Skip this one!

I really had a very nice time at this Property, will definitely recommend for a Romantic stay

Property is located inside forest, next to river. Very Romantic surroundings. Good Ala Carte breakfast and Afternoon tea with cakes and snacks. Room was quite spacious with very nice balcony

It is a bit far from main Ubud Market (20 min walk). There was no Curtain Bathroom, so it was bit uncomfortable while taking shower. There is some enhancement work ongoing which I am sure will improve the property surroundings

Wonderful stay in a beautiful surroundings and amazing team with a smile

Our stay was perfect. The team was amazing and went an extra mile to make our stay pleasant. Everywhere we went we were greeted by a genuine smile (team from front desk, restaurant, entrance/parking, just everybody...) Pita from the Reception was extremely helpful and organized for us an amazing trip to Mount Batur. She stayed in touch with us during our stay to make sure all our wishes are fulfilled. The room was comfortable, open bathroom was lovely, food tasty. The hotel is very relaxing, quiet, located in a beautiful garden

the room entrance door is quite noisy and also you can hear neighbours from the floor above you.

The activities they offer, very nice staff, great customer service, they help you a lot and are very understanding, always willing to help and give 100%. The receptionists were amazing, they help me hiring a scooter, and kept my luggage safe when I needed, food amazing, very fresh and tasty, breakfast was very generous, thank you for everything, even for helping during my hard times at the end
