Love the service of all staff! Everyone did their utmost to make our stay personal and memorable! We recommend putting the name of trainees on badges as well, they were so nice and helpful

Really nice place with an amazing energy

Pool was great, nice view to the mountains. Restaurant was very good, nice quality and good options. Room was very clean, comfortable and with a nice view. The services provided by the hotel were really nice (Spa and tours across the island). Staff was really nice too.

My room (712) had issues with the hot water, so I had to take cold showers. The place is a little tricky to get to, as the hotel is on the mountains the roads are narrow and sinuous.

Luxury resort with outstanding views and very nice but expensive activities.

The location in between the rice fields is really nice. Outstading views from the rooms and the swimming pool. Relaxing sound of the river. We visited the Mount Batur from here and this was perfect to relax at this luxury resort. The private rice fields tour is really nice to do!

The personel does try, but for this price we were expecting more. In the evening, there are a lot of personel at the restaurant, but they are often talking to eachother and then it is hard to get their attention.

My kind of paradise

I love to wake up with the view of trees and river, i could just stay in bed and enjoy the view. It is so serene here. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Room service were great. The staff were very sweet, kind and accomodating. They think of everything, every details was just perfect. House keeping is exceptional, they tidy up the room twice a day. I can't think of anything to add. This place is a peace of paradise.

That we book too short. :) Next time we will stay longer.

A memorable and comfortable stay.

I love this hotel very much. The service was great, the room was clean and comfy, the food was delicious, and the tea break was just so superb. Love the yoga class too with lovely swimming pool for the kids to play around. We had a walk to the river too, it was a nice experience for kids. My daughter took the cooking class too, it was a good experience for her. The view from the restaurant was magnificent. You can devour your food slowly while enjoying the scenery. The rain made the experience even better.

tremendous experience

unbelievable experience, everyone was to kind, the location was spectacular. the food was really nice and they even help me exchange the food that i ordered that to salty. and provide free drinks too

the room key stuck twice but thats not a big deal. they offer me to change room but we insist cause we dont want to pack our things back. so we just close our door but we didnt lock it.
