Awesome staff and location!

The staff was overly accommodating! Anything I needed or wanted, they happily provided it. Breakfast is delivered to the room every morning! Extremely friendly staff and awesome location. Across the street from Monkey Forest and we were able to walk to multiple restaurants and shops.

They only provide bath towels and shampoo and shower gel. They didnt provide wash clothes or hand soap. Not a big deal but I had to buy a loofah and bar soap at the grocery store.

Didnt stay there as was not up to standard. Wouldnt refund our money even though we didnt use the room.

Nothing apart from the staff were lovely

No facilities in the room and grey bedsheets. Booked 2 rooms and lost our money. Booked hotel next door instead.

Very good

Staffs were kind. Room was quite spacious and quiet. Swimming pool was cute and ambience of the place was just like the photo. Relaxed and quiet.

Shower was uncomfortable to use. Splashing water all on the floor was unavoidable.

Overall a great stay and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location and an easy walk to the yoga barn. As I solo traveller I felt safe and secure with staff onsite 24 hours.

Shower pressure was not good. I came to my room during the day, when I was not usually there and found a staff member having a nap in my room. He was very apologetic and this only happened once to the best of my knowledge.

great location very close to the monkey forest , staff very nice , polite and smiley , the room was a decent room , clean and near the pool

the room was ok , superior room but no mats in the bathroom , no toilet roll and no fridge ( there was one in the room where my family was staying and when asked about it was simply told oh we didnt put one in that room) at breakfast when asked for milk for the tea , (there was milk in one of the coffees) , was told they had run out . although to be fair a member of staff did come along later with some they had been out and bought . i would stay again , just would recommend a little more attention to detail

Good

Location was great, very close to the city centre. The hotel offers a good size pool and beautiful garden, and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with satellite TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff was very friendly.

There was not enough sunbeds around the pool area- if i can remember well there was only 5 beds. The toilet at the reception was very dirty and i didn't like the breakfast.

Good location in Ubud

Good location,5 mins from Monkey Forest. Swimming pool was beautiful. Staff helpful & friendly.

If u dont eat eggs breakfast is poor as little choice. Wifi poor in bungalow, need to go to reception or onto street to get connected. Costly compared to other accommodation in Bali. Bungalow very basic accommodation
