The worst staying in Indonesia

When I was choosing the place, I was guided by a large number of positive opinions. I expected that the price, which was higher than most facilities in the area, would mean adequate quality. Unfortunately the value for this money is inadequate. - the room looked good in the photos, but in reality it turned out to be much worse and in need of renovation - there was a terrible smell in the room, the decorative pillows had not been washed for a long time - we received dirty bed linen - breakfasts were poor and not tasty - there was a construction work next to the building which no one informed us about before our arrival - the pool was dirty - the fan in the bathroom was dusty and moldy, a lot of dust fell after I turned it on - unpleasant owner Ultimately, we left earlier so as not to spoil our vacation.

Putu and all of the wonderful staff (as well as Floki the beautiful doggy) made me feel so special, and welcome. Every morning greeted with smiles and loving kindness. It truly was very special for me. Not only that, but also having my birthday there i had one of the woman (i think the owners wife) give me a beautiful gift. People may be looking for Full on Luxury and i feel this is what is missed when searching for such places. The Village Guest House truly is magical. It is Quiet. It is Very Central to Ubuds heart centre. The Breakfast is Perfect. It is so clean and tidy. If you are here during the week, you can listen to the amazing worship music that fills the air like sweet honey for your ears. If you need help with a tour, driver, recommendations, the staff do their best to provide. The pool is beautiful! And the water is cool, exactly what you need in the humidity (it isnt warm like most pools i swam in) I hope to be back here in the near future, sooner rather than later. It's a nice place in the center of Ubud. Personal was kind and pleasant. Breakfast was also good. Offered price for touristic attractions was really good (we went for ATV tour). The owner was checking on us and tried to improve our experience.

We had an issue with contraction works very close to our balcony. I complained a lot, so for one day they stopped. Maybe the owner of the hotel asked them to take a pause. But overall, it's a common issue on Bali. Almost each place we stayed had construction works around
