Amazing location

The staff were friendly and the property was as advertised with all listed facilities provided. They also organised floating breakfast for us. The location is good if youre in Bali for a short time as you wont have to spent too much time travelling back and forth from the airport.

Great location in kuta. nice and quiet with no barking dogs at night. exceeded my expectations with the double story size of the villa, and the size of the 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. very clean. bathroom downstairs even had a bath! pool was perfection and used constantly and the kitchen was great that had a stove and big sink. only thing missing was cutlery. but cannot fault this villa. balcony upstairs was beautiful. both reverse cycle aircons worked fantastic! like new-which is what you want in the humidity and heat of Bali. both bedrooms lock with key separately and the entry door to villa locks also by key. so very private and secure. had breakfast ordered and brought into villa and it was not only presented well but tasted superb. highly recommend this villa to couples, family or even group of friends. beds are very large so can accommodate many. i will be back

Strategically located and comfortable villa.

Strategic location. Very near to airport (walking distance, 10mins if you dont have much luggage). Walking distance to the coastal walk from Pantai Jerman leading to Beackwalk Shopping center. Many local food nearby the villa. Cheaper food options and taste good too. Clean villa pool, comfortable bed, good working air-con, good water pressure and friendly staffs. Area around the villa is also safe.

The wifi & TV reception can be improved.

Highly recommend just to talk to the lady at reception and dont forget to say hi to the family Iguana :)

I stayed at the villa because it was close to the airport and had a private pool. my daughter had to leave on the first day with free airport drop off. I walked back to the hotel afterwards (130 metres ) which was so handy . except getting harassed by the drivers inside and outside the airport who wouldnt accept that I was walking. it was a bit scary being a female by myself and in the dark. The lady at reception was the nicest person I have ever met in Bali. ( sorry cannot remember the name ) but she is a credit to the hotel. it is a small family run group of villas and rooms. had everything I needed and close to shops and minimarts. short cab ride to central Kuta. pool was a great size and air conditioning was perfect.

The staff were amazing. Nothing was a problem and they were so accommodating with our 10 month old girl. Novi, our on site host, was so beautiful in helping us and giving us instructions and sharing some of her culture and knowledge with us.

Humble and helpful staff. Beautiful Villa had enough space to accommodate a family of 5-6. Good location as it has a lot of restaurants, shops etc near by. Over all great experience.
