so goooooooooooooooood resort

I stayed here for the first time on my honeymoon. I arrived in the evening, so I didn't know what the surroundings were like, and it felt like a long way to go, but when I arrived and looked at it the next day, I realized that it was a very beautiful and good accommodation. During my 4 night stay, all the staff were friendly and the food was great. This is an accommodation I want to visit again.

Amazing Property experience and Exceptional Hospitality

Exceptional Balinese Hospitality, the location and views are just stunning. All requests are handled with so much courtesy and promptness that it was just perfect. The food at the restaurant doesn't offer many options but had superb quality and taste. Highly recommend this property and will definitely come again

Beautiful located among rice paddies, calm and serene place of beauty. Nice small pool area and restaurant with a magnificent view, fine breakfast selection that is acceptable in choice for a few days for vegetarians. Decent restaurant but could use more then just salads and western food for vegetarians. Friendly and forthcoming staff that helped with our request.

The place look tired in places and could use a throughout renovation, especially the rooms. The rooms had a bit of a moldy smell to them, out first room was infested with ants (which point towards not sufficient cleaning) made a hide for themselves behind a wall decor and we had to be relocated to another room as it was really bad and was crawling all over the place, and on you while in bed, you could have nothing drink or food or it was infested by ants within seconds. The was also clear fresh sign of woodworm beetles or their larvae attacking wood in our room. The place charged 21% VAT which is quite extreme even for Bali. Making it far more expensive then at first sight. The water provided was only two small bottles and not enough for price charged. The place is a bit out on the country side and not that close to the main rice field as it look like on the map, about 5km and you need a cab, scooter or rent a bike, their bike was poorly maintained so would be quite dangerous to use on the narrow hilly road leading to the place, the roads are not really that walkable. There very, very few restaurants and eating places in the area and none are really all that cheap.

Hospitality is on top level, so many small details that makes you feel as a special guest. Wonderful attitude, room was fully equipped. We took private one bedroom villa with pool and it was the best choice

Wasnt so happy about breakfast. Category with Indonesiaan food was fine, bud I ordered avocado salsa on toast and it was weird, three slices of bread, only on one was a tiny portion of avocado with rucola, so it was mostly bread, but I ordered extra avocado, so it was ok But this was the only issue

Its a 25 min drive from Ubud - perfect if you have a scooter but if you need to use the hotel shuttle you might be a bit inflexible

Great Balinese resort for a tranquil cultural experience.

Absolutely an amazing location amongst the beautiful rice fields. Away from the busy streets of Ubud. If you want to experience real Balinese culture and complete seclusion, tranquillity and serenity this is the place to be. It is a smaller intimate resort but has everything it needs.

The menu should include more options. If you stay more than 3 nights it quickly becomes apparent that you've had everything on the menu. It is the same menu for room service, pool, lunch and dinner.
