Pretty average amenities for a corporate hotel. Staff fantastic.

There were plenty of staff around the place and the location of the hotel was situated in a useful area. The room was cleaned everyday, even if you snuck outside for some air, you would return to it being fresh.

Our room and corridor smelt a bit funny and the shower didn't have enough power at times or constant hot water.

Decent and affordable hotel in Nusa Dua

The staff were great, particularly Kertut who checked us in and Dian who was very helpful in solving a few issues for us. They were all kind and eager to help. The view from the pool is very peaceful and our room was clean and comfortable.

The pool area is quite small as it only has space for about 6 guests at a time, but then again you are in Nusa Dua so you will likely spend more time at the beach. If you have a room facing the road there is a bit of noise from the traffic at night. We found the back rooms were quieter but you will hear the rooster in the morning which wasnt a problem for us as we get up early in the morning anyway.

Too many Asian breakfast menu items, very little western. Not much written information in room. Ie what time pool open, breakfast availability or internet passwords.

Comfort, quality, cordiality, superb breakfast. Efficiency linked to a very good staff.

superb breakfast with a huge variety of options (western and Eastern tastes). Very friendly staff which always presented cordiality and high level of professionalism.

I would prefer to be on a high-level floor although this is quite a particular taste. TV could have international options and better quality.

Good breakfast, although I missed more coffee options

Smell in the bathroom, noise from construction on the plot next door and the busy street in frint of the hotel, not possible to switch off balcony light during the night.

People who work there really take care of you and make sure that your stay is very comfortable. Fantastic location, good breakfast and incredible swimming pool.
