The villa was spacious and clean. Pool was amazing. The staff can arrange almost anything to come to your room including food deliveries.

A wonderful and relaxing stay in an ideal location with wonderful hospitality

Had a 2 night stay booked at The Dusun where we found it exceeded all expectations. After a disappointing experience in Ubud we cut our stay there short to return to The Dusun for the balance of our time in Bali. The lovely staff were kind enough to upgrade us, which was unexpected and very much appreciated. We returned because we loved the privacy and comfort of the room and outdoor area. The property is close to the beach and an array of shopping and dining options, although you may find it hard to leave the comfort of the villa! The in room breakfast and massages were also wonderful. Finally, as mentioned earlier, all of the staff we dealt with were absolutely wonderful and their communication around e.g. security, servicing and checkin and checkout was clear and polite. We have already recommended The Dusun to friends and look forward to a future visit!

Very outdated, especially the bathroom. The cleaning was not great- there were lots of stains on the bedding, blood stains on the concrete outside, loose and broken tiles in the pool. The shower was not great at all- it was dripping black liquid from the shower head and tap after it rained.

The accommodation was comfortable.

The staff were great- friendly and helpful. They came to our villa in the morning and cooked breakfast at a time of our choosing. We needed medical assistance and the staff arranged a doctor to come- he was there within about 15-20 mins. The villa was clean and comfortable. They also provided a free shuttle to take guests to anywhere within the local area which was convenient.

The only improvement would be that the towels could do with replacing as they were quite old. However, they were clean.

Great stay in Dusun

I loved my stay in the Dusun villa. It may be a little tired looking. The staff kept it very clean. It was cool to have your breakfast cooked in your villa everyday. Not many options but we were definitely satisfied The blankets kept us nice and cozy in the cold room. Appreciated the afternoon tea provided upon request. Will def be back soon.

Relaxing, spacious, clean

We got upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa for our wedding anniversary! The property was very spacious for 2, very clean and had all the amenities we required. The pool in particular was so large and had lots of sunshine throughout the day! The staff were also so lovely and the complimentary local buggy service was handy.

The breakfast options and drinks were a bit limited, more variety would have been nice.
