Great place to relax and work.

I was really happy with my choice to stay here. The place is super clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. There is a large room with desk space and chairs which is great if you have work to do while you are away. Staff are friendly and helpful and they have options for scooter rental for getting around. Good central location with plenty of eateries nearby.

A little bit of frustrating communication regarding altering the dates of my stay due to a cyclone in my city, but got there in the end.

Good retreat

Very peaceful and close to nature, shops and restaurants. Staff were warm, friendly and always at hand to address your needs. I like that they WA us to check on our well-being, and are proactive in confirming our arrival flight details.

My father was on a travel wheelchair and needed to use the ramp to be pushed up to the lobby but we noticed that most of the time, there were motorbikes parked on or obstructing the ramp so there was little access, defeating the purpose of building the ramp. The staff could be more vigilant in checking that the bikes were parked more appropriately so that the ramp could be used where needed. The room walls could also be cleaned more thoroughly. On arrival, we noticed there were moth cocoons on the walls, and 2 days later after the routine cleaning, the cocoons were still on the walls, all 3 adjacent walls to be specific.

would come back again, woth the money, staff is super friendly

the hotel is in a good location, close to shopping and around 25min walk to the beach. Rooms are nice and spacious, extra points for the refillable water on each floor. We did not eat there so I cannot comment the breakfast. I liked that the room had no keys - that the entrance was on a code, so me and my friend could come and leave as we wanted.

bathroom was a bit smelly - probably not much ventilation happening in general

Lovely stay would definitely return

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very nice staff, clean, lots of spaces to chill. The bedroom was spacious and had Netflix on the tv which we enjoyed. Water refill stations all around. Kitchen was also very clean and a big space.

Bathroom smelt a little but have had this in a lot of hotels in Bali before
