Enjoyable

The staff were helpful and place is lovely, nice clean room, lovely views and facilities.

The breakfast was very limited and made my husband unwell. We also had a lot of issues before with the hotel trying to get us to pay through a link, thankfully they did allow us to pay at the property.

NOT a 5 star hotel, would never stay again

staff was nice and trying their best, views from pool are nice (even though also construction), people said its hard to get a taxi but wasn't a problem for us

- 1st room smelled so strong like mold, after asking for a different room and moving, we had a room that smelled like old trash bins. They sprayed room spray but it was really so bad. We basically had to choose between the smell of mold or trash bins - calling themselves "spa" hotel but SPA is closing at 5pm - construction noise - rooster noise - bed sheets too small for the mattress - view from room on wall - pool/pool area too small for numbers of rooms

Ubud is a really beautiful part of Bali and we highly recommend this hotel for your stay, it was perfect after a long fl

This was a beautiful property with an amazing view from both the pool and rooftop bar. The staff were attentive and brought us welcome drink/food on arrival. The bed was the comfiest I have ever layer in, and even though the location is south of the centre of Ubud it was a short drive. We had hired a driver for some of our time here who was able to take us to all the sites, Grab is also really easy to order. The breakfast was superb especially the French toast and pancakes. We also managed to get some last minute laundry done even though we were outside the timings and the staff made sure this was done before we left!

Average at best not worth the money

The spa was great! You cant fault the staff there so attentive and very friendly! The pool and views are lovely.

Very expensive for the location. Very far outside of Ubud and quite difficult to get taxis from. Other than the views theres nothing special about the hotel. The restaurant is very very expensive and very small portions for what you pay for and if you went into central Ubud you would get better value, larger portion and more value for money food wise. There is nowhere to get a drink after 11pm. The sky terrace bar closes at 10pm and if your paying for a 5 star resort there should be entertainment at night time and a bar at very least to buy a drink after 11pm when the restaurant closes. But the staff is excellent its not there fault there very very good.

It was okay

Food was lovely and room was basic but very comfortable

Staff are friendly but arent proactive. Lobby is left unattended at night which Ive never encountered before and I travel a lot. We arrived later than our friends so our room wasnt set up as requested and we werent given all the welcoming bits and bobs that you normally get when you arrive at a hotel. Overall it was okay.
