Bad

No electricity, cockroach in bedroom, and plastic found in breakfast food. Def not worth the price.

The staff was extremely nice and location was good.

Electricity kept powering off. In the middle of the night, and even at times when we were in the shower and stuck in the dark. Property sent an engineer told us that the electricity caps out after a certain amount but it happened even when we didnt have anything plugged in. We found a cockroach crawling up near the bed and a piece of plastic in our mango smoothie. When bringing this up to to the property even though we told them each time they did nothing to compensate. Def not worth the price. You can get the same standard with a much cheaper place.

Really good and clean place. If youre looking for something not faraway from the city center and shops. This is the rig

The location is great. Breakfast menu is amazing, so many good options. You can walk or take a bike to the city center. Probably 15 minutes by walk. The staff are nice.

It was loud at night and in the morning. I had a room next to the road and I heard all the cars and bikes. Also, I heard neighbors from the room next to me. And the pool is very small. Only two sunbeds

Not good value for money

The room was clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast was nice and the staff were nice.

There wasnt anywhere to hang out at the property, other than the front porch cafe and a small sad-looking pool. The room was nicely furnished but it was on the ground floor and so the windows had been darkened (for privacy) which meant the room was dark. The bathroom also lacked basic things like a shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc, and there were only 2 hangers in the wardrobe. In addition, the internet connection was very poor and kept cutting out. It would have been fine if it had been half the price, but it wasnt worth what I paid for it. I just needed to stay for a night before checking in to another hotel, but couldnt have stayed there longer. There are plenty of other places in Ubud offering so much more at lower rates.

i really liked it all location close to Ubud central, yet more peaceful setting. Walking distance. The hotel is very clean, nicely decored, hmm the chef is great. Breakfast was superb. Abd the girls-staff Devi, Sakde, Dwi are so joyfully helpful, caring to detail. I will remember mostly them. I wish to return and visit this little hotel, home away from home. Very good price for value!!!

Ok stay but would look elsewhere next time

Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. Wifi worked ok, staff were very friendly

Lots of stairs (we were on first floor up). The pool was very small with only 2 loungers so if they were occupied it wasnt usable. Breakfast service was very slow with only 1 drink allowed - choice of tea, coffee or juice. Food was good though and cooked to order. Worst part of the stay was the dogs barking next door at all hours from midnight till 7 am
