Would stay again, great location to shops and restaurants. About a 10min walk to beach though.

Superb

Great location. Close to beach, markets, coffee, money changer. Staff were very helpful and always friendly .

There seemed to be an unfortunate smell at the front entrance, a little offputtting each time we returned to the hotel. Hopefully this was a temporary issue.

Lovely stay in heart of Sanur.

We have stayed at Swiss bel air few times, the Hotel rooms are looking dated and need a renovation however the location is really nice, just right outside theres ample restaurants and shopping and the beach is a 10 minute walk. The restaurant has theme buffet evenings and the food is really nice, breakfast has a good variety.

As mentioned the rooms are a little dated, this is the first time that I didnt leave a tip for the room cleaner as several times we didnt have enough toilet roll, towels werent replaced, cups were not cleaned but left out on the balcony still with tea in them. Surfaces were not wiped down properly. Cleaning needs to be done correctly.

Spoiled by pettiness of management and lies !!

Staff are absolutely beautiful!

On a previous stay my partner and I (both late 7Os) discussed with the duty manager about having a comfortable second bed in our suite as the sofa pictured in their add was certainly NOT what we got and my husband snores very loudly consequently the reason why we paid to have a suite, When we arrived there was no second bed and after a lot of stressful conversations they agreed to supply a bed, which was rubbish by the way then informed we two Aussie pensioners that we would have to pay an extra $35 a night on top if the $200 we were already paying!!! Both my husband and myself were very stressed over this as we could not afford to pay any more and demanded they stuck to their verbal agreement. After refusing to pay them another cent they offered us five nights free and pay for the other five nights!!! They eventually let the matter go but not before wrecking our happy and could be our last holiday together. They tried to tell us that they had no spare beds and that they had to pay rent of $25 a night. What a load of rubbish, the bed looked old and dirty and ready for the tip!!!! My husband suffered very bad turns as a result of all this stress and personally I thought it was disgusting!!! Brenda Rayner Australia

Breakfast was great, pool was great and location was perfect. This hotel is definitely value for money.

The hotel building itself is looking a little tires so some work on that might be needed soon.
