Poor response mechanism of staff. The reception/ front desk shuts down by evening, and staff is not accessible for any emergency or support. Had couple of instances where response mechanism was a total collapse. One such example was when i had to go thru a torrid time to get my laundry delivered before check out inspite of multiple reminders and having paid for all upfront. None of the staff were reachable on phone or WhatsApp. Can assume an odd day out for one of then, but entire front office team not picking up calls of self and security team was baffling. The management team got back 6 to 8 hours post me checking out and justified it as a rare miss inspire of their own security staff admitting to being baffled / frustrated with none of the managers picking up calls. The security staff don't have a back up key to the front office, claimed to not have the address of the concerned managers. They apologized post checkout for the small miss as per them, but refused to accept a faulty SOP / breakdown of response mechanism, in spite of giving more than one example. God forbid any emergency happens, then all the customer can do is to sit and pray. As a frequent traveller, I have experience of staying across properties and shared a basic miss, but the management continued defending thier existing practice. So in simple terms, if you expect a property where u believe u can count on any responsible staff access for 24x7, then this is not the place. This review is nothing against the property, but purely on the poor response mechanism and callousness shown by staff and management. I had a bad time and the frustration magnified given their justification of what they call a small miss.
