SHOCKED AT THE PRICE!

Ive been to bali multiple times, this in fact was the BEST hotel ive stayed in! The room is immaculate and always cleaned well by house keeping each day! we stayed on the bottom floor right near the pool. Pool was also great for bub! Location is not far from the beach! we didnt realise there was a second entrance which led straight to the main strip. Being a flight attendant as well, i can honestly say this accommodation is 1000% better than the accommodation the airline i work for provided when on layovers! Price is also a bonus!

Didnt have any bad experiences, i see some people complain about the aircon but jt was actually fine!

Amazing experience

Best staff in Bali ( I have stayed in many hotels in Bali). I lost my phone in grab car but the staff went out of their way in helping me to recover the phone. Special mention to Ayu who according to me is the best guest services coordinator. Location is great as well as the hotel is right in the centre of Legian, close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended

Breakfast buffet time can be extended to 11 am as I missed the cut off time few times.

Good stay with extended family for 7 days with 3 rooms.

Hotel accommodation and location was good.

Faced few inconveniences on room service and water flushing in toilet and bath area. But the service was prompt and quick to resolve. Would suggest to have the buffet menu refresh on non-asian items. Found boring to have Breakfast after few days as we felt like gone back to the same day again

I'd come back!

Room: Tidy & good space for two people. Facilities: Rooftop jacuzzi was fun as there was a bar right next to it. There's a pool on the ground level as well which was also nice. Location: It was quite convenient staying here. Convenience store was right next door & some stores on the streets you could go shopping at although they did try to charge us $$$. Close to bars & clubs if you're there to party!

Room: Water pressure in the shower was a bit off however it wasn't too bad that we had to raise this with staff. You can hear the traffic from the streets at night which if you're a light sleeper, could be bothersome. There were some stains on the bedsheets when we arrived, so we spoke to the staff. Sheets were changed right away however the new sheets had a bit of stains too. Not too much of a problem though as it appears they have issues with people who come to get tattooed only to stain the sheets. They left us a note upon arrival asking us to be mindful if we were getting tattoos (we weren't). Facilities: Wasn't much in the gym (weights, machines, etc.) so you'd have to go elsewhere. There weren't many options at breakfast either and was quite mediocre.
