Location is good

I liked the location, cleanliness and mainly the staff being so friendly and kind!

It was a little expensive and no breakfast included in the price, we paid extra for this.

Spacious rooms, good location, very kind staff.

Food is limited for vegetarians. Most of the bread items are rock hard (suggesting old), and nobody taking it, and they are keeping the same every day. The bathroom is separated by glass with a curtain for privacy, which we dont like.

Fabulous stay

Squeaky clean rooms, great location, delicious breakfast buffet and very helpful staff. One of our best stay in Bali! Highly recommended! will definitely come again.

Nothing,, just a little issue was a bit less privacy in the bathroom because of glass walls. It looks beautiful though. . Curtains provided around the bathroom walls do not cover it completely.

Feels like home!!

The amazing staff, the location and of course how comfortable the stay was overall. Its always amazing coming back to a clean and tidy room and the staff are always very attentive and warm.

Just wished that the pool area was a bit larger and have more room for more sun beds. But its ok when not a lot of people are using the pool.

Fabulous stay in a central location.

It was my second visit to the Sens hotel, and I was not disappointed. The rooms were clean and very comfortable,and the staff were very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The hotel is located close to shops and restaurants, which is perfect to explore the beauty of Ubud on foot,and the breakfast in the mornings was quite lovely too. We just wish we had more time to stay longer at this hotel. Thank you so much for everything and for our lovely welcome to celebrate our honeymoon.
