Stay in botanical Gardens!

The beautiful staff were smiling and always helpful.. The gardens are just so beautiful it felt like we were staying in a botanical Gardens Breakfast was awesome..staff again amazing Great location with restaurants and shops right out front door right along the beach..

We knew before we stayed due to reading reviews but the rooms were dated.. If they renovate it would be perfect! However air-conditioning was very good and rooms cleaned very well....

From the time youcheck in untill the time you leave, your stay will be first class.

Plenty of pools to choose from. Beach was nice and calm. Fantastic breakfast. Staff were always very polite and welcoming. Would not hesitate in staying there again, maybe just in a bigger room like a bungalow.

Room was a tiny bit small and the shower and toilet and vanity were separated by the walkway entrance, that is about the only negative. It did however have a nice big outdoor terrace with a large day bed overlooking a very nice pond with running water and full of fish and that was very relaxing.

Great location to stay especially being on the beachfront. Beautiful gardens within the property.

The Segara Village is located on the Beachfront which is one of the reasons we chose to stay here. It also isn't overcrowded with people. There are 4 different pools to choose from. Restaurant was great to eat at.

Love the ambience of the hotel, just some things could be improved upon.

Lovely pools, close to beach. The gardens are lovely. The staff were very friendly and loved that they offered a shower room to freshen up before our late night flight.

Our room was quite far from the pools and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I would have preferred more cereal options for breakfast .

Great hotel for staying a short time

It was nicely located coming from the boat terminal. Many restaurants, activities, warungs and bars close by. All staff were friendly and check in was smooth. Everyone was smiling even the cleaners.

We got a mouldy room at first. There was a strong smell and felt humid. Hotel quickly resolved this complaint and offered an upgrade to a mould free room. The hotel in generally was bit outdated for year 2023, but it had its own charm.

The location is close to my house in sanur and i like the vibes in this hotel

Firstly, I had dinner with my family in the restaurant. That was rainy and I was bring my parents and baby to the restaurant. I was wanted to get some umbrella to the car park. But the reception in the restaurant only give me 1 umbrella which crazy. There 5 adults and 1 infant with me. Then I asked for more umbrellas. But again, she only can give me 3. Then i asked 4. When i walk to the car park, I saw no one help my family to bring the baby stuff into then i just keep walking to car park. Then suddenly i saw one guy, hotel staff then I asked him to help my helper to bring my stuff into car. He saw my helper walk in the rain without umbrella and he just pass by. Then the next day, my mom who stay in the room I booked, told me the reception at that night was impolite. My mom wondering to keep some bags in reception cause she wanted to send me into the car, but the reception just saying like tinggalin aja disitu barang nya is the the wat hotel staff do the job? I have booked the room for my parents. You got the room number and if you wondering you will lost the umbrella. You can ask one of ur staff to come with me to car park than just being so rude

Very relaxing, with a few bars, restaurants and a couple of local shops in front of hotel.

Good breakfast, some of the seating area was located up a step which I would struggle with, however after the first day the staff reserved us a table on the lower level without us even having to ask!! Large room with outside patio. Comfy bed, good shower, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Located in an area with beachfront bars and restaurants.

One of the pools would be even better if made into an adults only. There were a couple of days with very noisy families yet there was a larger pool much better suited for families.
