Great location and price, but horribly mismanaged hotel.

Great location in the middle of Ubud. Rooms are tucked away from the street, which means you get away from all the traffic. The staff was helpful and friendly.

There were water damage/mould spots in the ceiling that had been covered with a thin layer of paint, but there was still a strong smell from in. Wifi barely worked. The shower only seemed to have hot water every other day. There were many loose tiles around the pool, so I almost fell in a couple of times. The rooms are dark and depressing. No safety box. No proper lock on the door. No door at all to the bathroom.

Decent centrally located option with friendly staff, comfy beds, nice pool

Very well located, friendly staff and nice pool. Good value for money. Would recommend this as a good base for discovering Ubud.

Nice garden. Good bed. Helpful staff.

Super comfortable bed for anyone who values sleep. Room was fine. I asked to change rooms to one with a window and they were able to accomodate me. Staff were helpful. Nice garden with a pool I used daily.

Busy area just off main road. Didnt notice it too much, but I had stayed in much quieter pockets of Ubud many years back. The pressure in the shower was weak.
