First time visiting Bali, really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff at Ramayana

Superb

Relaxed vibe with a touch of luxury

Beautiful tropical property with a stunning pool. Good breakfast with the options changed daily. The Spa was lovely with a divine massage. Very large standard rooms, very clean. Staff a very accommodating and very helpful. Although the location is at a busy intersection, when you enter the property, you do not hear a sound from outside. Very relaxing vibe with a touch of luxury. Would definitely stay again. I stayed with my 7 year old grandson and its a very kid friendly property.

Just a small complaint, but its more a personal preference than something wrong. The pillows were little on the soft side for me.

It is very near time Kuta beach. Have a really good view of the fireworks during NYE.

The room is very old, sound proof is bad. U can hear the noise coming from the traffic and the neighbouring room. The toilet has plumbing issues and grout worms.

Good

The resort is in central Kuta, which you don't notice, as it is still really quiet. The breakfast had a lot of options and tasted really good. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. All the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Everything in the rooms, especially in the bathroom was a bit dated. During the first day if our stay someone had to be sent to repair the flush of our toilet. It was fixed really fast, but it is a bit annoying. The faucet was also loose, and the door from the bathroom cupboard was also falling apart. The door to the balcony was also stuck and it was recommended by the staff to not really use the lovk to the outside door but only the inside doir. Eerything was not that bad per se, but I don't feel like the price I paid is justified with everything broken. Moreover, the pool is freezing compared to the usual pool temperature in Bali. Also considering the outdoor temperature, the pool is way too cold. It is only a good temperature if you want to do fast swimming but for that the pool is too oddly shaped. If you want to relax at a nice, warm pool, this hotel isn't for you.

Superb

Location with many food options

We were initially given rooms with twin beds joined together instead of 1 big extra large bed. Some rooms are outdated and need to be upgraded. Our room is also facing the streets with some noise at night. Traffic jam surrounding the hotel.

Nice relaxing stay.

Location is perfect. Small boutique hotel with plenty of amenities. Good selection of restaurants.

Pool was far too cold. All hours of the day the pool was cold. Sheets never changed. Housekeeping could be improved.

Pool is great, the restaurant gabah is good with alot of option and good price.

We had the suite and multiple thing was broken or didn't work properly. Cleanest wasn't the best. Both couch had multiples stay on it, the toilet seat looks like someone scrub it with a steel brush. We ask 2 time for glasses that never came and went myself get it from the restaurant.

Excellent place to stay in Kuta

The swimming pool is the star attraction of the resort

They do put music next to pool which at times is a little loud and at times they forget to switch it off at night. It goes on late at 10 p.m at night which is kind of disturbing for those who go to bed early

The room was disgusting but the staff were nice

The staff were friendly and the food was good

The hotel room I stayed in was meant to be upgrade which I paid extra for was so gross and dirty and I had a mouse living in the room which I video on the last morning. I tried to change rooms but couldnt. My wife and kids refused to stay in here so I got them a different room and part of the hotel. It was soo bad and the room was falling apart with mould in it
