Staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged bike rental and airport dropoff

Aircon not cooling at all. Just a fan blowing warm air. The staff cleaned the filters at night but still didnt have any cooling. We had a family room with bathtub. Next day they offered us 2 small rooms without bathtub, the cooling in those rooms was also poor hence we decided to stay in the family room and compromised on cooling.

Overall comfortable stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The view is amazing. Breakfast was delicious.

Location slightly far if you want to walk to ubud centre but gojek or grab will get you there fine. Toilet has a bit of a smell but that seems to be the same across Bali and they do try to clean it every morning.

Superb

Great staff and rooms

Staff were exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful and even helped organize trips.

There was nothing near the hotel in terms of restaurants so had to walk 2km into Ubud to access shops and restaurants. Work was being done to pavements which added time to this already long walk.
