Hidden gem

The bed was big, toilet was clean, room was very clean, the cupboard was also clean. Staffs are very nice and polite. Location are great.

I did not know that they don't provide tea,coffee, and sugar in the room. We need to order from the restaurant if we want to enjoy tea or coffee. Eventhough, it was only less than $1 for a cup of coffee, but still quite a troublesome to order, opened the door, then received the coffee. Other than that, nothing.

Fabulous stay!

Super friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast brought to your door at your request and always on time. Very comfy bed, strong AC and shower. 5mins to the beach, and close to some great restaurants!

Perfect surprise

What a surprise! We booked this hotel because we needed a place close to the port to go to Nusa Lembongan and it was amazing. Super clean, modern and the bed is so comfy and big. Great value for money.

Very good stay, excellent staff, a pity for that tiny lack of hospitality at management level.

Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are quite good value for money

One of the group dropped/broke a cup and saucer. Accidentally I should add (all eldery guests, not a party crowd). The management found it necessary to charge us 50.000 Rp for this. A bit petty really if you consider that in all we booked/stayed 20 nights in Puri Kesari (group of 8 people, 4 rooms, 5 nights) for a value of almost 10.000.000

Practical place and friendly staff

Good location in Sanur, close to the beach. Quiet place, with great bed, very clean and easy to access. Very friendly and smiley staff. All services of transport as bikes and motorbikes, taxi, laundry, available.

No real outdoors (still you have your own terrace), but all you want is to go out and discover the area, right? :)
