Amazing place, beautiful nature and unique views! Extremely good attitude, service and kind staff! Our stay in Puri Ganga is unforgettable, especially our meeting with the driver Joe! Extremely good, talented ,clever and communicative, he helped us to discover amazing places in Bali and to we learned a lot and in general it contributed to our trip remaining like a fairy tale in our hearts!

Recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and tranquil ambience for their stay.

The staff were all very friendly and warm, making us feel at home. The resort is nestled within lush greenery and far away from the hustle and bustle, with tranquil surroundings and ability to give respite and reflections. Breakfast was great, and the spa massage relaxing. Front counter offered to help us book cab via GoJek when my Grab app could not locate the exact spot we need to go to.

The water pressure in in the bathroom was weak, making our baths not so enjoyable. Similarly for the Wifi.

Disappointing

I would NOT recommend. Especially for why youre paying for.

The location was beautiful but very far from restaurants so keep that in mind.

It was not clean! We got the villa and it seemed to be falling apart. We couldnt take a bath because it filled up to one inch until it was just freezing cold water. The safe didnt work, the restroom was open so there was always bugs, mosquitoes and every morning our whole sink would be cover in dead bugs. It was so nasty ! Also we checked out and they said we can take a shower because sled leave to the airport at 6pm and check out was at noon. They offered us the spa restroom with no running hot water. I was so disappointed.
