luxury stay near the centre of Ubud

Booked a last minute deal after changing travel plans. Room was amazing for the discounted price - probably the biggest room I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was out of this world. We arrived tired and a bit ill with colds and it was relaxing to laze around in comfort for a few days only really going out to eat and a quick shopping trip - we could walk to town being fairly close by. Pool was lovely. The staff were very helpful, always asking if we needed something.

I think it was the most memorable experience ever.

Everything was done with grace! I miss it bad. The service was excellent. They would serve us breakfast even when we were not in the hotel. They would leave the breakfast for us in the room and send us cute WhatsApp pics of the breakfast. Went above and beyond. This has been my best hotel/villa experience ever. Kudos to the staff for running it so well.

The place was delightful, the space of the villa and bathroom were enormous, the personnel very attentive.

The bed was a little hard for me, but nothing that could ruin the experience.

A perfect few days at Puri Andong!

Wow! What a stunning place - set back from the chaos, so peaceful and calm. Beautiful spacious room and immaculately clean. The pool area was so picturesque and never busy (great for cooling off after a day exploring). The pictures on booking.com dont do it justice. Were already planning our next stay!

I spent 3 nights at Puri Andong Villa in Ubud. I stayed in a beautiful traditional Balinese villa. The pool area was amazing and the breakfast so good. The staff is very lovely and they will go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. I highly recommend this place. It is great value for money.

They are currently building sidewalks on the main road which will make walking to places easier. I travelled on Grab/Gojek bikes most of the time as it is cheap and efficient.

Stunning Balinese villa in a quiet location

One of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in. The painted balinese woodwork is just stunning. The staff are incredible and so helpful. The air flow in the jacuzzi in my room was broken and they fixed it very quickly - and I loved every second of being in it!

The location isn't perfect and there aren't any views but the villa and staff more than made up for it.
