the staff are friendly, helpfull and fast response. Breakfast time is flexible . They also have free shuttle with flexible time. This make us easy to go to Ubud center without worry about the transportation.

A lovely place to rest and unwind.

The staff were amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and it was peaceful and quiet.

It's a little far from Ubud City, but they provide a free shuttle so that worked perfectly.

Great Villa to stay!

Great facilities, excellent service provided by staff. Bonus - Free shuttle service to the Ubud center. It was very convenient to call the driver from WhatsApp from the pickup point. Good options for breakfast, and in Villa Dinner.

Nothing I can complain about. But it's good if the management upgrades the TV to Smart TVs and added Netflix, Amazon etc. We we book in the same villa again for our next trip to Bali. :)

Very exclusive and Nice Villa in Central Ubud

Villa was good and only 9 Villas so you feel very exclusive. Few of the good things- they have free Pick up drop off to Central Ubud palace. Property provided Floating breakfast

Washroom fitting are a bit old , did not have bidet spray for toilet , AC was also a bit old and was noisy. Overall can renovate the units a bit .

Highly recommend Nefatari Exclusive Villas if you want to have a great time in Ubud.

Nefatari Exclusive Villas were superb in every way. They kept our villa clean without us even knowing both day and evening. The pool was very refreshing. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. and we could arrive at our leisure up until 1pm in the afternoon. The shuttle bus into Ubud centre was less than 10 minutes drive and they took us in and out when ever we wanted to go. All the staff were wonderful! They also arranged tours for us as well. I would like to thank each and every one of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Good

The breakfast and restaurant were delicious. It is located in a very good location. Free shuttle to ubud center at any time. Eveing tea and snacks provided. Very calm and peaceful. They provide us with a free airport shuttle service.

The pool has to be maintained and cleanded properly
