Great!

We were very comfortable during our stay at this hotel. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our visit special. Additionally, the distance to the city center didn't negatively impact our experience, as we could easily reach all the attractions.

We noticed that the shower stones didn't appear hygienic, which was a bit concerning for us in terms of cleanliness. Furthermore, in the first-floor room, we could hear the noise of passing cars during the night, which made it a bit challenging to get a good night's sleep.

Lovely view but very disappointing

Room was lovely and beautiful view.

Renovations closed bar, advertised restaurant but it was only open for breakfast. Wardrobe door would not open and blocked safe door. Sliding doors to balcony continually came off the rails. No hooks to hang towels. Continental breakfast of bacon and eggs was cold every day. Arranging transport was very difficult through hotel.

Perfect stay in Ubud

The room was very clean and more spacious than expected, it was soo confortable to stay there. The balcony was perfect and with an amazing view. Everything was good, clean and very friendly staff. Every day they came and clean the room, give new towels if needed and water. Also the breakfast was delicious, the pool was perfect and the staff was waiting for us with a smile every time. We had the opportunity to rent a motorbike directly from there and it was so good because we could visit a lot of places. I will totally recommend and give a 10 for all.

the beautiful views, youre really immersed in nature, breakfast was exceptional (i had both the pancakes and the american breakfast options - see photos), the staff were so incredible and kind, customer service 10/10, the room was so spacious and beautiful with a terrace overlooking the rice fields, great location to all the main attractions i.e. Tegallalang rice terrace, Tibumana and Kanto Lampo waterfalls, Ubud Palace and main town, Tirta Empul Temple.

Perfect Ubud location with beautiful views

The staff at Nata Ubud were incredible and so helpful. The pool is as pictured and looked over a beautiful terrace.. it was so tranquil and calm. The location is a short distance to Ubud central or up to the rice terraces on a scooter or car but far enough away from the busy that you have no noise and can enjoy the calm. I would say its the perfect location for an Ubud stay. The breakfast was great too!

Our room was under the pool and it was quiet dark. In saying that it felt really private too. There was a little mould around a light fixture.
