Perfect service, location more noisy than expected

Staff at Montigo (both locations) are super hospitable, A++ service Breakfast was good Room was large and comfortable 3 pools, very convenient for use Close to beach, vibrant location

Great stay; staff were highlight of the stay

I have my doubts if this is a 5-star hotel but it was overall a very pleasant stay at Montingo. Staff did their best in creating a salubrious stay within their means and resources and were very chirpy and helpful. Room was clean and the area is conveniently located next to other properties such as W, Potato Head and Alila.

The property needs some rejuvenation although I can see improvements based on what Ive experienced vis--vis recent review photos of others. Staff did their best to create an enjoyable and interesting NYE dinner.

Lizard in the room, shower leaking, bad air-conditioning system, poor breakfast, only 6 bottles of water per day! overall, this place can be a 4 star hotel in the best case scenario. Not even close to 5 star resort! I won't come back!

Montigo were very accommodating. Breakfast was your typical buffet with a wide range of various foods to suit all. Drinks by the pool were good.Room was very clean & tidy verandah over looking pool area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great , our whole family loved it and would stay again :)

Staff are very welcoming and helpful :) Breakfast spread always fresh and tasty Rooms are very comfortable and clean Family pool was great Shuttle to Seminyak square/beach

Location - bit of a walk to main shopping area Sewage smell near Montigo spa - informed reception and was advised it will be attended to

NOT worth the money, Old fashioned, not clean and rude staff

The hotel was very close to the main scene and walkable to many places which was great, however it was covered in bugs and not very clean.

The staff were rude, which is SO surprising, the only excellent person was Roo, she was professional and lovely.. the other were dismissive, rude and unhelpful

I liked the room as it was clean and reasonable large.

The pools which are in use need to be fully cleaned as they had slime on the steps.. I was annoyed that on the day of vacating we paid the extra amount for a late check out, all of a sudden the access to the room stopped working. I went to reception who advised it was all fixed then it wasn't, so was afraid to leave the room as wouldn't be able to get back in.

Comfortable stay for families

Breakfast was fantastic, fantastic spread and baby friendly. They even packed a breakfast box for us on our last day when we checked out early in the morning. Staff was approachable and responsive. The kids club at the place was fantastic too. The location was also close to the beach and many food places.

The sheets smell a little musky on the first day but room service was awesome. Some of the towels at the pool were dirty/ stained but generally okay.
