What a beautiful outlook right on the beach with pure white sand and crystal waters! It was clean and well kept and the staff were friendly and professional! ! We clearly picked the right time to come as well, the New Years party was spectacular! What a night!

The staff were absolutely fantastic especially Ketut, Argun and Gede from housekeeping they made our stay very comfortab

We loved our rooms on the ground floor by the small pool

The only thing I didnt like was the shower over the bath would prefer a walk in shower but thats just personal preference and the bathroom was of a great size

Disappointing property very untidy and needs a lot of work to be done for the money you pay

Location at Legian is on the beach fantastic

Run down and needs updating. No clean towels or beach towels available.

Cheap hotel but standards were not up to scratch. Would go elsewhere next time.

Good location close to shops for walking distance

Single beds when we asked for a double. Constantly asking for towels so cleaning service not very good. Pool was dirty not very clean.

Good

The room was huge. The lighting was terrible. The globes when working were very dull. The bathroom was a good size but the rain shower didn't work but the one over the bath was OK. The water was very hot. Breakfast was nice. Adequate food. The pool we used was great as I needed shade. The grounds are lovely. The staff were great.

The garden is dense and green with lot of trees and plants. The beach is just behind 10 metres direct access which is additional advantage.

Water is salty due to beach side may be and very less force in room.

I would suggest the property manager/owner needs to make maintenance a priority as there was work being done, but no

Staff were lovely. Breakfast was adequate. Location was fantastic.

The pool needs a good clean. There was grime all around the main pool and at the bottom. My daughters bathers were covered in black/brown marks from pool edge. The bathroom was stained on the sink and the bath was all chipped.
