I won't stay here again.

Location was little close to beach and shops.

The property is not at all as shown in the pics. The bathroom washbasin is tiny and you don't know where to keep the brush. The basin kept blocking yuk. It does not even have a door hook to keep towel forget about clothes. The kettle did not work. no chair or table to at least place your any stuff. Very very basic stay and I couldn't wait to get out of this place. The pool is under repair and no welcome as they shown in the pics. I could hear my next door all the while including their snoring. There is a door to the next room which is blocked by a broken cupboard.

Not quite happy due to the moldy room and untidy bathroom

The building complex is a good value, but it seems not to be being taken care of that well. Our room is lack of air and light, meanwhile the facilities are pretty downgraded, especially the bathroom is not that clean and a bit moldy unfortunately. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a clean and organized stay. Hopefully the owner will upgrade it one day as the houses are potentially a beautiful hidden gem.

Stay somewhere cleaner; pics don't show real property condition

Bed comfort, breakfast, room size, kettle & wifi, most staff friendly but couldn't give accurate local advice

Worn & dirty bed linens & towels, limescale showerhead, mould, ripped wallpaper, dusty room, scalding hot water, dirty teaspoon, building site, not good value for money, only stayed as prepaid and too exhausted to move to another place for a couple of nights

Please be mentally prepared, this is a really cheap option if youre on a limited budgets.

The staff is 24/7 and very helpful on the issue you encountered. Provide a bottle of pesticide and mosquito repellent lotion to help me get through the night.

Room is full of mosquitoes, the bathroom isnt really clean. Room is gloomy. I wont book it again even its free.

The villa was in a good position.

The hotel need a sign that show where is, because when we arrive we couldnt understand if it was an hotel or just a normal house. We didnt like that immediately after the check in procedure with us still sit at the front desk to wait for the keys of our room the receptionist was chatting on her phone. The villa need renovation a lot of things are ruined like the sliding doors that are continuously getting stuck and have difficulty to close correctly. The cleaning is the worst thing immediately when we arrive we notice it, it looked like they didnt clean between two guests or they didnt clean since the last one.

Amazing, New experience and feel as Local Balineese.

Write this with sincererity and honesty. This property maintain uniqueness and features as like traditional Bali Villages. In event, i feel better than other usual hotel out there..Everything is wooden except the walls of the room. Beautiful and artistic. For those need new experience with low price, this is your choice. Staff : Very good and helpfull..they will help to pick up your bag and assist you..They always there when your need it. They can speak English and Malay. Food : little choice, but its okay for me because i need to explore Bali and try food out there. Most exciting, its Halal food. Room : Have 8 rooms only. Low density. Spacious, silent and clean. Complete with all necessaries. Toilet need to upgrade for more comfortable. No big issue. Experience : No dog around, nice decoration, nice landscape, you feel as local Balineese from your room. Very like it. Not far from Kuta beach, walking distance, far from noisy. Rate it 5 of 5. My wife also like it. Welcome to Bali.
