Disappointing stay, thank god Ubud is itself amazing so it did not matter how this place looked.

Honestly speaking nothing about this place was pleasant. Even when something could have been nice there would be another thing to ruin the fun. Very disappointing place.

The location was bad. Stairs, and stairs and never ending stairs. If you have luggage you are most probably not going to be happy. The pool is not as pretty as it looks in the pics on booking, is teeny tiny and the bar next to it has nothing that you can order. The room is spacious but dirty and old. (It honestly feels as if they don't change the sheets. ) The sofa in the balcony seemed dirty as if they never cleaned since they first opened the hotel. Definitely not going to repeat staying at this place.

Great location and cozy place! Pool has nice temperature and beautiful view!

For hot showers the gas had to be changed or turned in every time. Very helpful assistance at the reception for that, however it a bit inconvinient.

Potential but disappointing

The size of the room is great the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was clean.

We received no towels for our room as the laundry hadn't been returned. Were told they would be delivered later but we didn't get them before checkout. We were lucky to get the last two pool towels. The soap/shampoo dispensers in our room were all empty. We also had a mix up with our payment and had to later organise a remote payment. The property has so much potential but it needs to develop its staff skills for the price they charge.

I liked the pool and view from there was nice.

The location was in the middle of nowhere. You could only get there by the narrow long thirty road. As it was raining the road was muddy and my luggage after the walk as well. The sheets and towels where thirty and pillows mouldy (didn't want look other things ). On top of that when I game back from the dinner, there was a python on the rode close to the place. It was scary and not safe.

only 4 rooms at the hotel, which makes the experience as if you are at a private villa, with amazing big rooms and amazing staff. they are always there to support with everything.

Was OK

Overall was a nice experience. It's a basic hotel which worked for us as we were out most of day. The room was large, the view was nice and the staff was very lovely.

The hotel doesn't face the main road. It's only accessible by scooter or walking in a very dark and narrow lane. It's not a long walk but it's a bit of a pain. The aircon doesn't work properly.

The location is great for travellers, but for a family it will be hard to get there as you need to walk for a while.

Very good

Overall a good experience but slightly inconvenient location.

Breakfast was superb, staff was super friendly and helpful, and room was clean and comfortable. The jungle views from the room was also amazing.

The location of the hotel was not ideal given the long dark alleyway that is shared with motorbikes to access the property.

Almost perfect, but need some improvements

The staffs are helpful and friendly, the pool, and we had a huge bedroom

They need to change their linens! and add more drying matt in the bathroom since they have an open shower. they also need to put soap on the sink
