Would never stay there again and Will definitely not recommend

Hard Bed, was not rectified when we complained. Had to go and buy 2 single mattresses to put on top of bed. Dirty mosquito netting Pool went green, reception said we didnt let them in to clean it which is a lie because they were in their everyday except 1.

Almost a perfect stay!

It's almost a perfect stay! The room is spacious, there's a bath tub. The shower and toilet is separated. The pool and the swing are so good. The bed is comfortable!

The water in the shower room is too small... I can't really have shower there... We used the bath tub instead. The staff came to check and fix, but doesn't help much. But I'm still appreciate that!

Bad experience staying in this resort

Private pool only was the best

Very old resort mostly with building and furniture. Resort also located just near the river and be ready for the creature noisy every night until morning. Lots of mosquito everywhere living

Staff was super helpful. Helped book tickets for nusa penida also rented the scooter from staff. Room service was very nice.

At night you have sounds from geckos they are bit annoying but they are everywhere in bali

This villa gives old time luxury vibes.

Overall the villa was nice. It is an older property. The bedroom and bathroom was nice and spacious. It was beautiful. The marble floors and walls were beautiful. The bedroom gave a tropical/jungle feel with the mosquito netting. The private pool was nice for relaxing in the evening. The spa service was nice.

Updates to the bathroom fixtures are needed. Other minor updates would be beneficial as well.
