The location, the atmosphere, the staff, very clean and smells good room... I loved it when entering the room! We love to stay in this resort. Sometimes, we love to visit Kuta Beach and need to stay 2-3 days around. For sure, we will always choose Kuta Seaview Boutique Resort again and again, as we love the atmosphere here. The room is perfect for us, the garden and pool are lovely, the staffs are so friendly and helpful, especially front office staffs (all), housekeeping staffs (all) and some restaurant waiter and waitress (not all, sorry to say).

The menu quality of the restaurant should be increased. I would say, unfortunately, the food and drinks quality are like 1 or 2 stars hotels. On New Years Eve party, we had gala dinner. We got a table which was far away from the buffet. I kindly asked the staff to give us a table which is closer to the buffet, as my husband is disabled person. And the staff were very, very helpful to change our table! Thank you! The bad thing was the organization. I don't know how the management arranged the tables during the event, but it was strange! Some tables left unoccupied but we couldn't sit there. Why didn't they just make it like : who comes first, get the place wherever they prefer. Or they should warn/inform us to make the table reservation while we're checking in. But no one told us. So, it was a messy arrangement with the tables. Disappointing! Because until we finished our dinner, some tables were left unoccupied! We had unnecessary stress before dinner.

The location, the staff Ms Indira and Mr Badma (not sure of his name exactly) were outstanding and the best of the best. Loved the breakfast buffet, the new year free buffet coupons. We truly enjoyed our time here and will be back some day

Great stay at Kuta!

Great and efficient customer service from beginning to end throughout the resort. Great location - directly across from the beach, taxi service right on site, and in walking distance to stores and nightlife. If you have an opportunity to check out the different type of rooms available we highly suggest it to ensure you get the type of vibe you're looking for while staying in Kuta. Overall we had a great stay!

Overall I am satisfied my stay and with the room rate I would say is good..staffs were and helpful.

Location is good. Wash room shower water pressure is super. Bed is clean and comfortable..

The wash room is not as clean as expected. . Bathe towel quite old, bathtub water drainage very slow. When you are at the lobby just feeling so hot as the fan doesnt seems working. I am pitty those staffs can see they are all sweating. The management should look into it. I stay 4 nights, everyday breakfast is same.
