Everything about this property is divine!

The location, the tranquillity, the yoga and most definitely the extremely attentive, kind and happy staff. After my first stay two months earlier, this is now my home when in Ubud.

Everything was 5 Star!

Everything about this hotel was 5 star! Expect the WiFi was slow. My room was the furthest from the lobby it that mattered. I also believe All WiFi in Bali is slower than other countries. I would stay here again and never look for any other option. Mike

A lovely memorable experience

Breakfast was very good we loved the variety & friendly service and we were never hurried. The pool was beautiful & quiet at this time I was a bit sad I had no hot water in my room however I mentioned this at checkout. I wished the reception area was a little more exciting I felt it needed more the the beautiful culture of Bali It was very bland almost like they didnt care about the first impression. I must say I was concerned about the hotel when I arrived as I expected more ambience. So easy to achieve in your beautiful Ubud

Fantastic boutique Hotel in the heart of Ubud. Offering outstanding service

Everything, the room, restaurant, the pool, the amazing massages at the spa, (truly talented massage technicians, and great prices) the internal garden and the location. But the number one thing that makes this hotel great is the staff. 10/10 outstanding. Went over and above every minute of our stay to make us feel, welcome, important as guest. Often felt like you were in a posh private residence as the service was soooo attentive and welcoming from every person we had contact with. BIG shout out the the front desk team and the restaurant team, (truly amazing). Thank you thankyou, thank you. We will definitely be back.

Only things I felt missing were: Face washers in the room were none, hard to wet shave, shower, or remove makeup etc without these. Power outlet for charging your phone/tablets near the Bedside tables. The rooms have only one on the rights side of bed. You then have to place both phones/tablets on that one side of the bed. Not making its easy if you use your phone as moring alarm and its on your partners side of bed.

The hotel is very well located and very quiet shame about the breakfast service

The room was large and the air con worked very well. The pool was a good size and had plenty of beds and umbrellas. The hotel is located in the centre of town with lots of bars and restaurants around but still very quiet.

The hot water in the shower took between 10-15 minutes to come through. The breakfast was below average, not much choice, it starts at 7am but the staff were nit even ready, we had to wait a while for the coffee and some of the food was not there.

Hotel paradise luxurious

How spacious tge room was they think of everything indoor slippers for walking around the room. Beach bag to use when you go by the pool, I cannot fault this hotel the food the people the location I highly recommend a stay here
