More than amazing

We liked the view, the pool, and the kitchen tools. The staff were so good and polite

1. The living room did not have a sofa to sit on. There were just wooden chairs. 2. The handheld toilet bidet was not comfortable because the water was so strong and hurts. We tried to slow it down from the faucet but it could not be slower especially in the room downstairs. 3. The doors had a little space underneath so some mosquitos little lizards used to enter.

Luckily we were only in Bali for 3 nights. If it had been any longer we would have left and stayed somewhere else.

Not much

Its in the middle of nowhere, no shops close by, the air conditioning struggled to get the place cool enough and the staff turned the air conditioning off during the day when we went out so we came home to a disgustingly hot, humid hotbox. They had menus in the room and the food wasnt available. The road into the villas was unsealed and really rough. We didnt see any other guests staying here. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Superb

Cosy. Exclusive. Staff was exceptional. Super supportive and made sure we are ok throughout the stay.

Location was secluded. Route up was sandy and narrow for vehicles to navigate.

Girls trip

Quiet. Peaceful. Enjoy the attention from staffs on our needs. There's a fun box that has some card games in it. Villa with pool meets our need. Speedy check in and check out process. Floating breakfast, afternoon tea and BBQ night were awesome (included based on the number of nights stay)

Location a bit far in. Road to reach the hotel can be better as it is quite a bumpy one still. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

beds were great. staff were amazing and very helpful

pool deck needs repairs, when you walk on it, its dips and sags like you are going to fall through it. doors and other items have lots of wear and tear
