The staff were amazing! Location was beautiful.

The dining experience, particularly breakfast, fell short of expectations. Given Bali's abundance of skilled chefs, it's surprising that the hotel struggles to secure culinary expertise. During our week-long stay, the overall quality of food was disappointing, and the rooms did not meet our cleanliness standards. Additionally, the pricing, particularly for spa services, seemed disproportionately high, even considering the usual costs associated with such amenities

We went for a week and had a lovely time here. We have travelled Bali all over and seen a lot so we wanted this trip to

Kamandalu is a lovely retreat with fabulous service and people, amazing activities and just a great and relaxing atmosphere. Pools are fab and it was such a great trip.

Good location, old hotel that needs an upgrade for the price charged

The staff are incredible and attentive.

The staff are incredible however I was disappointed with how old the property was. You can tell the resort was great a few years ago however the rooms have a old smell most likely from the old air conditioning, the beds are scratched with stains, the toilet is very old and doesnt match the other interior. I also had geckos in the room that the staff tried to remove, but couldnt as they are plentiful in the jungle area. This property is not a 5 star hotel but charges like one.
