Highly recommended

Everything especially the villa it was exceptional we switched to a two bedroom villa which was better than the kavana tent, the soursop sorbet was exquisite, the hotel staff and the hospitality was out of this world, the people were so kind and respectful couldnt have asked for a better hotel or a better stay

Since the location was in ubud at night there were so many noises from the jungle animals which made ti a bit hard to sleep but i guess this was part of the experience

Great place to spend holiday with family

The villas are spacious and beautiful, excellent service, makes everyone feel special, breakfast options all good, they have really good pastries and i loveee their soursop sorbet

Great breakfast and wow factor villa

The villa was lovely and the hotel has the wow factor. The golf buggy transport was great and we never had to wait to be picked up. Service and breakfast was the best we have had. Cocktail hour for guests every night was also a great addition. We arrived on Halloween and as we were staying at KClub we had free entry to the nightclub Halloween party which was an amazing event.

I had a massage at the spa which was nice but something at a place like this you expect it to be next level but it was just ok. We got a special last minute deal on accomodation pricing and whilst there was a lot of positives I think there is some of the extra touches you expect at a price point such as this hotel to be a little better but still lovely stay.

After writing down on the laundry sheet and notifying them over the WhatsApp group that it is vital to wash my clothes at 30 Celsius and air dry them they went onto iron my clothes. In return ruining 2000k euros with of clothes and didnt offer to help me to replace the clothes.

Everything it was perfect. The breakfast restaurant was very beautiful and has variety of options plus the floating breakfast at your villas is a must try. We loved the Spa and the private jacuzzi with jungle view. Enjoyed the yoga session
