Very good

The stay was comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The staff were friendly and keen to help. I liked the 24 hours service with no extra charge.

No windows in the standard room, very unhealthy as you cant get fresh air from outside. The location, there was nothing around and the beach close by was very dirty. The only good thing about the location is the short distance to the airport.

breakfast was amazing, so much variety the pool was very big and the pool bar was awesome, lots of lounge chairs by the pool too

our room didn't have a balcony so it was difficult to dry clothes

The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond with what they could

The rooms had a bad smell, a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and the pricing to the menu and water bottles was just way too much.

A ONE NIGHT STAY FOR AIRPORT CONVENIENCE

The best part of our stay was discovering a hidden little gem eatery. Gourmet garage, close by we at here every day. The swim up bar was the only thing I really enjoyed about the stay. However the arak used gave a massive headache

The use of arak in cocktails. The loud screaming kids in the pool at 6am. Or the business of arrivals during the night. Our door lock broke and it felt just very worn and over used through out the facility/

Great place to stay, good value for money and comfortable

Pool is fantastic, its covered in shade so its very relaxing.

It lacked the quality beach restaurants nearby, unlike those at the other end of jimbaran bay.

We Love the location. One of the reasons we stay here is because we can enjoy jimbaran seafood everyday. The room is spacious but unfortunately has no view. Our room were on the corner of the building with no view to look at. Not even a garden. The staff greets us friendly and professionally.

We didn't like the variety of breakfast food. The food is bland and not much option. They way they handle cold cut food is not correct. Flies everywhere. They display the food so that flies can enjoy it too !

Staff were polite however service was very slow. English was a huge barrier it should be compulsory to have just the basic English

The pool...

1st room was smelling like mold. So we moved in another room. Overpriced, no breakfast included. There are plenty of better options.

Good to stay

Rooftop view for sunset is amazing, proximity with the fish market and lots of restaurants also the centre with a cab isn't far. Good rooms, clean and plenty of space. Bar in the pool is also nice.

The food wasn't very good. Lots of choice for the breakfast but not the best quality. Option for dinner and lunch are huge but the same, not so good. Still ok.
