Very good

Great location, with stunning grounds. Staff were kind and extremely helpful.

The fact there is no lift is difficult with heavy luggage. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Fantastic Value

Grounds and location were amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. Organised a doc to visit for my husband. Would definitely recommend, value for money. Resturant was great with live music.

A much loved beachside hotel that I will keep returning to.

The gardens are one of the reasons I keep coming back. Lovely well established and maintained, they create a natural haven for birds, squirrels and butterflies. It is an oasis. The huge pools are wonderful and who can beat breakfast with a view of the sea?

Would like to see a return of the Balinese bamboo xylophone player who used to play beside the lotus pond.

Great stay. Appreciate the efforts of all the staff, especially this around the pool bar

Always love this hotel. We have been there many times and Staff make you feel like family. This time it was important as I was travelling with my 87 year old mother. She enjoyed her stay immensely

The restaurant has seemed to drop its quality and in taste since our last stay. I am not sure if there has been a change in chef or policy? I found the hotel to be getting a little grungy and it all looked like it needed a big clean. We were only there last February so I dont understand how it has got to this stage. We also found it very difficult to get in and out of the pool. That last step is a doozy and just to high for us middle aged and elderly
