We do not think we would stay again when were visiting Ubud next time around.

The property seriously need refurbishing, particularly the showers and other facilities. It could be easily upgraded into a 4 stars accommodation.

The shower hot water did not work at night.

Exceptional

An amazing stay in this super chilled beautiful hotel.

This is a wonderful place to stay in the centre of Ubud. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. The gardens and swimming pool are both stunning. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

There was a lack of Wi-Fi and no AC in the room, but we were okay with the two fans.

Unfortunately, wasn`t worth it!

The location was amazing and the design of the room has an unique style,

We felt that we were not treat as everyone, one of the guess arrived 2 minutes after us and received a cold drink and a big smille from the staffs, however, we arrived 1.30hour before our staying and they said that our room wasn`t ready which was fine and told us to be back in 1 hour, we left and was back in 1.10min and the room was not ready yet, so we had to wait for more 40minutes. Also, the room wasn`t cleaned properly with few dust marks around the room. Nevertheless, we had to ask for the wifi password as anywhere has the info. Well, wasn`t worth the money paid unfortunately. Such good reviews, but we might arrived on the wrong day/time!

Nice place in central of Ubud

The location was very good. The staff were very nice and packed us breakfast on the last day very easy in the morning.

The lock to the room wasn't easy to use. There was a big step between the bathroom and shower.

Would stay again absolutely, solo in a couple hotel but felt safe and comfortable despite minor things. Staff extra frie

Felt very safe, I was in the second part of the hotel over the road.

Even when shut the doors didnt properly close and so many mosquitos and even with nets I was heavily bitten. Also the bath tub plug didnt close so I ran a bath and came back for it to have all run out. Lastly no plug close to the kettle so made it awkward making a tea in the mornings.

The oddest hotel Ive started at

The place has potential. It has a feeling of a traditional Balinese hotel with some incredible architecture. Somewhere along its journey its lost its allure without the proper property management. Breakfast was good, I was surprised and they let me have it past their time slot which was a good way to start 2024. Reception, in the morning were good with organising transport to my next location.

This place is very odd. It has no glass in the windows! Yet you have ac and a fan to keep you from sweating in the night but why be so terrible to the incitement? Just install some glass! There was no hot water in my room which became quite a drama. This was two hrs before the new years countdown. The hotel is split over two different locations, nearby but across a street. It took 2 hrs for me to run around and find someone who was willing to move me to another room because I insisted when their original idea was for me to shower in another room and then to cross the street and walk across the two locations to get back to my room.. not something Id ever expect a hotel to suggest. I spent midnight moving my belongings from one site to the next.
