Exceptional

Super clean and the grounds are well kept. Love the area and the little walking paths to everywhere. Breakfast was filling and freshly made to order each morning.

No where to hang towels in bathroom.

Very good

So comfortable and convenient to all I need I stayed an extra 3 weeks.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

I wish there were hooks in the bathroom for towels and I wish there were face cloths for washing.

Perfect location if needing to be in the quieter Penastanan area. Easy access to cafes, yoga classes, supermarket while still being within walking distance or short motor bike ride to central Ubud.

Not a good option for friends & family vacation.

Difficult to reach the hotel from main road,almost 1 km by walk or cross 60-70 stairs n walk from other side to reach the hotel.

No restaurant, Pool Closing at 7pm, 400ml complimentary water in room for 2 people, No milk available at the hotel for baby ,though they are serving breakfast at the hotel. But I should mention that staff were very helpful at the day of check-out. We left one of our bag at the hotel and started journey to airport. They informed us for the same and came down to handed over the luggage .

A lovely stay

Location is good. Nice and quit with good access to Ubud and surrounds.

The beds! Too hard, had to put pool mattresses on top of the mattresses and they were still too hard.

An heaven garden in the middle of Ubud

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Feels like a garden from heaven. Rooms, pool, lobby everything was so nice. Staff is amazing, so attentive and kind. Location is great, walking distance with all the central tourist attractions. I highly recommend it.

The wifi connection is not good at all.

Very good

The swimming pool was really nice (although at night there were a a lot of mosquitoes as expected as there are a lot of trees and a little lake in the property) and the room was big as well with a big shower. You can rent a motorbike in the hotel. It is quite and a little bit far from the chaos that is the center of ubud.

The hotel is a little bit hidden in a street that you can only enter with motorbike or walking so to reach it by car was impossible but staff from the hotel gave a meeting point that cars can reach and then they help you going to the hotel by motorbike. If you want to go walking to the center of ubud you will need to walk a bit and in streets that were not made for people to walk on them (mainly at night).
