Very rustic property with clean and green stay but very limited breakfast options

Clean and big rooms. bathroom was big. Swimming Pool was great. Very green property...lots of plant and creepers around. Staff was very helpful. Very very rustic rooms and bathrooms.

Breakfast was not a buffet. It was a set menu and that too very limited in quantity and limited options. Little far from the main area.... but was very quiet.

Location as there is a lot of traffic driving into Ubud.. So I prefer something closer to town..

Nice stay overall, not for light sleepers though

Nice green gardens, good AC, very nice people working there who helped us eg by packing us breakfast-to-go when we needed to leave early

No conditioner, overall bathroom a bit dirty. No handsoap. Paper thin walls so you can hear everything from other villas/restaurant/garden - if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this villa; there are dogs barking, roosters etc making a lot of noise during nights on top of other guests

Lovely pool and ok breakfast

The breakfast was very simple but nice. The pool is lovely but we didn't get to enjoy it.

The room was smaller than what appeared in the photos and there were almost no lights in the bathroom. Location was a little far from main things but in Ubud you have to take a grab to go anywhere.

Oasis, Comfortable beds, Beautiful gardens, Great staff, Tasty Food,

Indeed an oasis. The bed was probably the most comfortable that I have slept in whilst travelling. The garden and pool area creates a really relaxed atmosphere with lots of birds. Great helpful staff . The restaurant is small with a tasty menu. Ate a different dish every night, all was well presented and tasty. Air-conditioning worked well.

Was a little concerned that the walls between rooms may not be sound proofed enough , however we were not disturbed at all by neighbors.

Wanted to love the stay, but service from the manager was very poor

Beautiful outdoor area like advertised, garden and a large swimming pool. Good location and quiet at night. Overall the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms too. On-site staff were very lovely and helpful.

The rooms cleanliness was lacking, from old luggage stocked under the bed and empty water bottles to dust everywhere, to cobwebs and clogged sink. We had to change our booking and dealing with the manager was a bit of a nightmare. Communication was poor and not clear, and at the end we ended up having to have to check out one day early because of poor communication and misunderstanding. The manager wanted us to pay for the night not stayed and argued that we had to pay because we booked thought a third part. Long story short we ended up not to but it left a very sour taste in our mouths as the manager showed no customer service. Restaurant on site had very average food quality.

Very good

We had a good stay in this charming resort.

Green Space Villa is a charming resort. The resort was well kept with a lovely swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
