Budget property in Kuta that has potential with renovations.

Good location near good foodo outlets and massage salons. Pools were nice. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Set back slightly off the road so you can safely get out of your grab car off the crazy and chaotic traffic on the street. Across from a Starbucks and walking distance to the beach.

It was dated in the classic room. Not sure if other rooms were more modern. No water pressure in shower but it is what it is.

Nice place downtown close to restaurants and stores

Breakfast really good, lot of choice. Wifi good. 2 pools, really nice. Bed confortable. Hot water.

Not really close to the beach, count 15 minutes of walking to go to the nearest beach.

Loud clubbing music from a place next door could be heard until late if your room happened to be on the wrong side of the building

Incredible moments for honeymoon

All staff are very humble, the room is so clean, the service is so good and fast response. They are so welcoming at check in time, they give us Bali's souvenirs and get us in a picture with them. The food is delicious. The pool is cleaning everyday. And last but not least, thank you so much for design greeting anniversary wedding on my bed with swans towel&flowers.

Just a lil bit, please expand the breakfast menu variants.

Wonderful place to stay at

The set out of the facility, it was warm and welcoming. It's completely different from other accommodations, with its timber style layout and nice green vegetation, withthepool blend in. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very beautiful and clean. Breakfast was very pleasant and delicious.
