I didnt like the main pool as there was no where to sit around it, but the small rooftop pool was nice

The property is in a great location. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond. Alit that works in the best brew bar does a fantastic job serving up delicious cocktails.

Didn't like that the pool shuts at 7pm as most hotel pools stay open till 10pm Food was terrible buffet brekky not inviting Room service menu not good either

Fantastic. Couldn't have asked for more.

Pool access room was fantastic, rooftop pool and bar was awesome, breakfast was very good and full of variety, room was very clean, bed was massive and very comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests. Hotel was quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main street of Kuta. Easy walk to anything that you needed.

Nothing. Everything about the hotel was excellent.
