Location and price.

Bathroom needs a good scrub, breakfasts were very plain (the same food each day too) and there was no milk for the coffee 6 days in a row.

Great location, close to the malls and restaurants.

- Our room 313 was too noisy. Sound from the road and guests come in all night. - Bathroom water clogging ( you should have fixed this according to other reviews) - Poorly maintained swimming pool. Your ladder screws are loose. The pool was slippery from the lack of cleaning. - Your breakfast selection is not competitive compared to what other hotels offer, very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel. The room is small, loud and doesn't have 3 star quality.
