If youre a light sleeper, bring earplugs because of the occasional honk from the main street Staff could use some customer service training

Avoid, avoid- dreadful owner!

We had previously stayed here because of the location, its quiet.

We would never step foot here again, the owner is awful! We asked to be moved rooms as the air conditioning didnt work, rather than help us and try to resolve the issue, she argued with us, called us poor and explained that dispite her laughing at us, making character judgments about us and being rude to us we should respect her because she is 52 years old and we are younger than her. Honestly I would avoid at all costs Im not sure they have heard of customer service here. To make it worse because we wouldnt agree the air conditioning was working she made us leave the hotel at 10pm, with nowhere to stay.
