Superb

Enjoyable although tinged with sadness

I often stay at Dewangga Ubud as it is beautiful and well located. Very attentive staff. Great rooms.

The property is expanding into building larger concrete rooms higher above older cabins and rooms and losing the quaintness it had in the past. Unfortunately we were overcharged (double) due to Booking.com free upgrade error and although Dewangga staff were super helpful it left me disappointed.

The staff had amazing attention to deals and the pool and pool area was just relaxing

The location was amazing, once off the road you felt like you were in the middle of the jungle away from the busy streets.

Great location. Excellent support from reception staff. Nice breakfast and pool in good conditions.

Minimum considerations. The bathroom would need to be renovated and it was a little uncomfortable to go upstairs to the room.

Great place for 2/3 nights

The resort is right in the heart of Ubud, you can really go anywhere around just walking. A lot of free activities and the only issue we had - the door struggling to lock- was sorted in 10 minutes. A lot of lovely staff

At six am there was some sort of noise - maybe some gardening works? - which I would have avoided to sleep more. However I guess it's the type of work that needs to be done early in the morning so not much to be done about it

Amazing stay at Dewangga

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I experienced great hospitality, entertainment and safety, something that was very important to me as a solo traveler. The hotel is a little oasis in the middle of Ubud, enjoy green environments and fantastic poles with sunbeds. Finally, I want to thank all the kind staff who made my trip so memorable! Hope to see you again soon! Next time I travel to Ubud I will stay at this amazing hotel.

We had a great stay !

All very well cared of , Clean and beautiful garden . Friendly staff , Very good central location .

There was no night table one side of the bed . And , there was tv on the pictures but not any international news channel . Only Indonesian channels . I like to see the news every day ..

We like the location of this resort. In the center of Ubud surround with restaurants , shops and messages. Surprisingly quiet inside the complex except monkey jumping on roofs in the morning

Smell of sewage in spa area wasn't pleasant.

Superb

Our stay at Dewangga Ubud

Gorgeous hotel !!! We loved the superb service from your staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were so attentive. The room and huge bed were very comfortable. The hotel was like an oasis of calm in the centre of such business. You could have a day or evening in Ubud and then come back to a charming, calm place to relax. The spa was great too. We enjoyed some brilliant massages whilst there.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dewangga and these things did not spoil our holiday whatsoever as everything else was so good, but there were 3 things I would mention that could be improved. The bathroom shower had no power, was a trickle of water. On a positive note, the hotel are currently building new rooms so hopefully this will include some updating in the older rooms. A full length accessible mirror with a nearby plug would be good too as the one we had was too high and the bathroom one was too far away from the plug to dry my hair. Would be nice to have a space on both sides of the bed to get in and out easier.
