The place is exactly like in the pictures, It is really amazona. Service is superb, they arranged a wonderful birthday surprise for my wife including a bath tub full of petals. Breakfast is also above expectations.

The Perfect Escape

I would highly recommend a stay at Desa Hay. Quality facilities and room beyond our expectations. Scott, Julia, Anton and the whole team were so welcoming and have everything you would need covered. We have stayed in a lot of boutique resorts and this is truly the best in every way.

We tried to find something we didn't like and couldn't find one.

A very good place for a luxury stay in Canggu.

Amenities, concierge and services were perfect. Proper 5 stars hotel standards. Had my dedicated driver for the 5 days I stayed at the hotel, who brought me to local market, street food places, the beach, restaurants and to my daily commutes. I had daily massages organised in my suite. The private swimming pool and outdoor bath tube were great. Vegetation is beautiful. Concierge booked me spa, restaurants and bars on demand. Communication was very easy.

There was no local food option at the restaurant, but the food was good.
