Superb

The staff are always professional and efficient. The hotel is nice and in good location very close to the beach.

The towels need replacing as quite thin and a bit grey. The bed is a little bit hard for me.

Nice and spacious. The room is huge, way bigger than the standard room size. The location is good for people who want to access the beach but the area is not well lit in the night.

Good staff, overpriced hotel not worth your money.

I loved the customer service here the most. The room was also spacious and gorgeous.

There are lots of things I didnt like: 1) property is not a 5 star property, it definitely doesnt deserve $200/night fee. It is a $100/night hotel only and I didnt get the value for my money here. 2) with that much money paid out, breakfast should be unlimited. I was charged for extra plate of breakfast which isnt fair. 3) the shower was a dirty mess. They need to clean it. 4) there was a sewage smell in the room. The staff knows about this. It comes from one of the air conditioning that has air intake from sewage across the hotel. It is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was done about it. 5) I wont recommend this hotel unless they half their price. Once again, not a $200/night hotel.

Short Family Break 5*

- Room fantastic/spacious/great design and fittings. Breakfast great and plenty of choice Cant really critique Other points that if implemented would really do wonders .11 A welcome drink- standard really dont really need to say anymore. 2. Charging 200 ribu per night for an infant cot. I wouldnt be able to justify this myself just on the room size alone. 95% of hotels all provide free cots upon request. 3. Curtains round the daybeds- for obvious reasons 4. I think either they are understaffed or just trying to save a buck but have you noticed the receptionist is AKA bellboy AKA waiter and AKA hotel management.
