Clean resort, polluted beach

Pretty garden, clean bungalows, Great staff, always helpful and friendly, doing their best to make the stay as great as possible. A few small restaurants around to get some local food or drinks. The view was very beautiful, lying at the pool.

The beach had been the main reason we have booked this property, however it was mostly polluted, depending on the tide one had to swim in a plastic puddle, which is very unfortunate, especially if you expect something else. The drinks and coffee (if you want a cappuccino or a espresso for breakfast) had to be charged additionally and the prices at the spa were crazy high in comparison to all the other properties on our trip. People "reserved" the beds at the pool at like 7 am and only came at 9.

Perfect short stay break. Would 100% return.

Great resort with fabulous grounds. Exceeded my expectations, property photos were actually accurate. Staff were very warm and welcoming, service and food were really great too. Also there are a couple of convenience stores, local restaurants and spa/massage places within easy walking distance (only a few minutes from main lobby).

Very minor issues only. Gym access required you to go to reception to ask an employee to come and physically let you in; a number of lights in the suite were blown or faulty; too relaxed enforcing their own pool lounge etiquette (e.g. sun beds were reserved with a towel but unused for up to 4 hrs).

The place is quite nice but needs updating, rooms are nice and beads very comfortable. The beach front was awful, I understand that this beach is accessible to locals and other people who is there but, if I was resort owner I would hire someone to pick the rubbish and dead birds from the beach. BTW beach is only 30m away from main swimming pool. Advise, if you planning to visit this resort and choosing because is on the beach, dont waste your money. See pictures attached

Everything about this place is amazing. The room is clean & spacious. The garden & landscape around the resort is well kept & maintained. The view from my balcony to see the beach, ocean, sunrise & sunset is spectacular!

The resort is beautiful, with tall coconut trees lining the garden. The (almost private) beach is a great plus. We tried the Spa as well and it was a very nice experience. The restaurants have regular events going on, such as live music or dancing. Food is nice but very pricy compared to eating outside of the resort. You can book scooters and all sorts of day trips at the reception.

Value for money, I found the rooms to be expensive for what you get. When we got there, we were offered an upgrade, I later found out it was mainly because they overbooked all the rooms of the type that I had booked. Usually I wouldn't think twice about an upgrade but in this case we were located further away from the beach and our room didn't have a bath tub; on Booking it is falsely advertised that all rooms have a bath tub, this is not true. Further, we had to personally request extra toilet paper and shower gel after we ran out. For a 4 star hotel, I would expect that they check these things. Also, our air conditioning broke in the middle of the night. Luckily they fixed it quite rapidly.
