My expectation was according to the other hotels of BW. It didnt meet at all.

Was offered 2 rooms for the price so happy there

Linen was marked , asked for replacement and that was stained too, towels had old stained marks clearly they dont bleach or replace with brand new linen and towel , staff left room door open after cleaning, my valuables did have been stolen so easily, maintenance was done on top of my room and water pipe burst , water gushing into my bathroom no apology from management, staff fixed it no offer to change my room , daughters room aircon was faulty a guy wiped it with a towel and said thats fixed, walking outside the the traffic is so busy u cant cross the street , on booking dot com website says this hotel offers on free taxi , after 3 request to pick me up from airport no reply, i had to pay 15 dollars to take a ride to the hotel which should have been free,

Awful experience for it being our first time staying at a Best Western Hotel.

Main room door didnt shut Room seemed to of been already in use by staff/late checkout guests due to as mentioned below Bad smell in room Balcony door open & broken on arrival Balcony floor dangerous (likely to fall through) tiles werent safe Blood on bathroom floor No towels Shower/bath dirty & wasnt working properly Under the sink dirty Stains on bed sheets Absolutely disgraceful dust/rubbish underneath the bed Clumps of dust on skirting boards TV didnt work Kettle had dirt in

Cheap & location , old but ok lah Need good maintenance on broken thing & especially cleanliness

Bed smell of smoke , if you allow smoking in the room the smell cannot go . I cant sleep with that smell, sorry i have to move

Good for layover and quick stop at Kuta

There was welcome fruit and necessary items that you may need for over night if you are here for flight or to transit to where else in Bali.

When I opened toilet bowl when I first arrived. It was strain and I dont think it proper cleaning. Water from bidet was smelly too :( Secondly, my bed was wrinkle like someone slept on it before :( I do understand it is city hotel with lots of movement of guests daily, but I believe cleanliness is top priority for all guests and this is need to be improved. Best Western is good hotel, but since its old hotel nothing much to be expected like other best western.
