Localization and swimming pool. It was great to have an opportunity to eat a breakfast or lunch and rent a mitorbike at the hotel. Welcome fruit was very kind

I didn't like that the list of facilites in the room was not actuallly real. For example windows were not soundproofing at all. On the list there was also a washing machine. We asked about loundry and firstly stuff said that it is for 25k/kg, but later said that it is included for us and deleted it from our bill. But next day another person said that we actually have to pay for the loundry. When we were checking out stuff shared with us our bill summary so we went to atm to withdraw cash. During a payment they said different price (higher). I hope it was just a misunderstanding.

Friendly staff. They offered room cleaning every day and attend to my needs when required. The property has a good view overseeing some greenery and Ubud's build-up. There is a swimming pool on the 3rd floor with two sunbeds, tables and chairs. The room has a small pantry located outside with hot and cold water dispenser and free coffee and teas.

The flooring in the room is quick to dirt by the gecko's dropping. The wall is not soundproof and the sink made a strange gurgly sounds at times.

Very good

The room was really nice, a lovely balcony. Nice sized room and it was comfortable. The air conditioning was really good. We gave lots of laundry and got it back the same day, we were so impressed. It was a brilliant service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and delightfully cool. It was wonderful to rest by the pool and look at the stars and the moon. Grateful for the fresh fruit available for snacks. It was far enough from the road to be quiet. The price was good for the value.

The room was clean, but was a little moldy. I tried to air it out with the fan and AC, but the smell stayed. I tried to sit outside then, but folks nearby were smoking, so I ended up at the pool for much of my stay. Mold is a part of life in Bali unfortunately

OK. Great location and nice family run business.

Excellent location, 5-10 minute walk from main centre street and food places. Family run and all staff were nice. Nice pool area and nice view

Walls very thin, and since our room was right behind the reception desk - very loud on some occasions. Room was ok but the towels we received were damp and stained.

Very good

It's very silent & peaceful place, few minutes walk to main road, very convenient to go around Ubud with Grab motorcycle. Very nice swimming pool & friendly staffs.

The place difficult to find if the staff didn't show you the way.

It's a bit of a walk away from the busy areas of ubud. Quite far from the nearest convenience store

Little Oasis in the centre of Ubud

Fantastic location, right near the centre of Ubud, but down a quiet alley so you do not hear noise. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable, small touches made the stay best like kettle, tea and coffee, filtered water and drying rack for swimwear and towels. Staff were all very polite and helpful, this is a family home which made it all the more welcoming and safe.
